Pasko sa Maynila

It's been 12 long years since I was last home for Christmas and New Year's so I decided to surprise my family with a much needed visit. Here are a few photos of the sights of Manila during the Holidays. The last ones being the newly opened Louis Vuitton boutique in Greenbelt. No bags to note save for the two exotic beauties that are caged in glass. I was able to play with the Bowly Bag that costs P749,000. The P1.4M Croc Lockit, I left alone. Maligayang Pasko po at Manigong Bagong Taon!

We don't have pine trees in the Philippines except in the mountains so we have to make do with indigenous materials for our holiday decorating. This tree stands at the airport terminal.
One of the many churches that I visited, the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Abandoned and Forlorn.
Ah....it's like meeting an old friend, Jollibee!!!

My favourite breakfast, eggs, fried rice and cocktail hotdogs!

My family at Lipa Carmel, Batangas
Kris and Inigo at Tropical Hut
Gearing up for the New Year with an abundance of roadside fruit
The Iconic Christmas Symbol for the Philippines, the Parol or Star Lantern. I had to convince the manager of Fely J's to ask the owner if I could purchase one of these after the Holidays...I ended up buying 5 of them!

My partner in crime, the LVoely Patricia!

Che choosing her first LV wallet
The anti-brand, anti-monogram Dr. Sherwin
