Emma Stone

I didn't even notice that Emma Stone was wearing Pre-Fall 2011 Vuitton at the Glamour event in Rodeo Drive last Monday. She's also carrying the Minaudiere Berlingot. LVoe it!!!

Rainy Day LVook See

I know I should have not been been doing this today since it is Good Friday, but Angel, Eddy and I decided to drop by to LVook at sunnies only to be stopped in our tracks when we saw the Ailleurs Cabas Collection.

They were so colourful in a sea of browns that you would have to be really distracted not to notice them.
Spacious like the Neverfull, it has straps that could be adjusted for convenience.
They come in three prints designed by Pippa Cunningham: Promenade, Escale and Aventure. My favourite of all three is the Promenade due to its purple lining.
I felt like I was GoldiLVocks when I complained that they only have two sizes, PM and GM. I miss the middle ground between the two. It is a cruise bag after all so you would think that MM and GM would be more suited for stuffing things in.

Lastly the LVoely SA also brought out some Spring Summer goodies that have just arrived starting with the Avante Garde Pochette. Just in case that there is a smidgen of doubt that the clutch is not an LV, you have the VUITTON signature emblazoned with crystals at the front to save you. We also saw the Art Déco Trapèze and Baguette. The leathers are divine but easily impressed upon. The two that we were shown already had them. All in all it was a good day especially one person of our group acquired a new bag that wasn't in stock but would be delivered in the not so distant future. *WinK* LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton Ailleurs Collection

In collaboration with English Artist Pippa Cunningham, Louis Vuitton is yet again releasing fanciful prints for all you sun LVoers out there. I didn't know this, but Ms. Cunningham is not new to LV. She designed the Cruise Collection 2008 St. Tropez Galliera which was quite popular, the textile prints on the scarves and dresses and a couple of jewelry pieces. Well known for her travel-themed prints that playfully feature airplanes, anchors and motorboats, I am glad that Marc Jacobs has invited her again this season. The collection includes footwear, scarves, pareos and absolutely adorable bag charms. Slated to be released April 15th in all Louis Vuitton boutiques. LVoe it!!!

First LVook: Louis Vuitton Cruise 2011 Totes

I wish that I have more information on these wonderful Louis Vuitton Totes. Due to their vibrant colours and beach scenes, I can safely assume that they are part of the Cruise Collection 2011. Reminiscent of the St. Tropez Galliera and the Cabas Tahitienne, I just LVoe how playful this collection is. There will also be scarves and beach towels to match. Hopefully, they will go into production and we'll have more info about them. LVoe, LVoe, LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Siracusa

Now here's a huge baby for all you Damier Azur LVoers. It's the Siracusa GM. But for those of you who don't like the biggies, the Cruise Collection piece comes also in MM (photo below) and PM sizes. The combination top handles and shoulder strap seems to be popular nowadays. I know this will be a disappointment for many, but only the GM has both. All models have a zipper to secure your items within. Priced at GM $1300, MM $1000 and PM $880; better hurry because the New Year releases are fast being depleted. LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton Cruise 2011

Washington was supposed to be blasted by a blizzard last night, but it veered to the east sparing the Nation's capital. Unfortunately, the temperatures are still dropping and with blustery winds, it makes it even worse. It's time to dream about warm breezes and sunny days. So what better way to transport oneself than to take a peek at the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2011 Collection . Inspired by Hollywood glamour and the swingin' 60s, the collection is a perfect backdrop to its cotton jacquard bags and mother of pearl arm candies. LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton Minaudiere Berlington

Since I just mentioned my beLVoed Philippines, the Minaudiere Berlingot does not remind me of the French caramel candies from which it derives its name, but of the mother of pearl minaudieres that are found in every tourist handicraft store throughout Manila. The Vuitton version though is interspersed with strips of resin that compliments the natural colour of the nacre. Rose Clair for the top foto and the Rose Fonce for the bottom, these hefty priced (a little less than $4K) evening clutches are to die for. LVoe, LVoe, LVoe it!!!

Louis Vuitton Cruise 2011

I have been seeing these in my local Neiman's for quite sometime now and the pieces from the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2011 ain't movin fast enough. Crafted out of cotton jacquard with hand made accents that remind me of Home Economics projects done in the Philippines, the Pochette Accesoires and Cabas GM pictured here are part of a small collection that is geared to tie us over until the spring summer pieces becomes available. With the ongoing shortage, I assume this will tempt the Holiday shopper. They seem perfectly functional to me but for some reason they are still lonely in their glass cases.
$1090 for the Pochette; $2490 for the Cabas at www.louisvuitton.com.
